Back to basics: the 16!

 

Just opened 3 month ago, the new place to be and eat the most wonderful food is no doubt the 16 ART BAR. Situated in a most fabulous historical place: the legendary old cow bell “fonderie Shopfer Siebenthal”, the 16 is everything you can love about a restaurant.

The concept is simple (but as you know simple is the hardest to obtain), Nik and Simon Buchs the 2 equally charming brothers wanted to create a restaurant where “they would love to go to for diner” a place they could come day after day.

The carte is decided the night before and changes every single day, so if they are out of something well … they are out: the real proof that everything is 100% fresh. The carte follows the seasons and the region and the wine is just one reason you need to stop by the 16! Both brothers are fine wine lovers and collectors.
